青少年护林员日 is an annual event dedicated to help kids complete their Junior Ranger Adventure Guides and be sworn in all in one day! Jr. Rangers will get hands on learning experiences with the 卡森城公园巡游者, learn about local flora and fauna, 探索公园, and earn their patches and stickers!

The Regional Junior Ranger Day will be held on 2023年9月9日 from 9am - 12pm at Galena Creek Regional Park.

This year, 青少年护林员日 will happen twice! Once, in 卡森城 on August 19th, and again as a Regional event at Galena Creek Regional Park.

Washoe County is hosting this year's Regional Junior Ranger Day and it will take place on 2023年9月9日 from 9am - 12pm at Galena Creek Regional Park Visitor Center. They will be introducing their brand new Adventure Guides and leading several Leave No Trace activities around the park. There will also be lemonade inside the visitor center and a possible visit from everyone's favorite bear....
